The Danner Manufacturing Supreme Aqua-Mag 1200 GPH Magnetic Drive Water Pump is a durable and efficient option for aquarium and pond owners. The pump is rated in gallons per minute (gpm) and has a 110-watt power Consumption. It is an AC pump and is not self-priming. The pump can be used in an inline setup, but should always be below water level to prevent air-pulling. Customers have used this pump in fountains with three outlets and in ponds with external filters and waterfalls. However, the pump's gph output may be too high for smaller ponds. The Aqua Mag series does not come with an adjustable venturi nozzle for aeration, which the Hydro Mag series includes.
