Bully BBS-1103 Truck Black Powder Coated Side Step Set, 2 Pieces (1 Pair), Includes Mounting Brackets - Fits Various Trucks from Chevy (Chevrolet),

**** Customers generally express a mix of satisfaction and frustration with the steps designed for various truck models. Many find the install process to be manageable, often noting that they only require basic tools and some additional hardware to accommodate their specific vehicles. For instance, a couple of users emphasized that having quality drill bits on hand significantly eased the installation, while others highlighted how they had to adjust the drilled holes to achieve proper alignment. Despite the extra effort, the robust Construction and aesthetic appeal of the steps generally earn high praise, with many stating they significantly improve accessibility for family members. However, substantial criticism revolves around the quality of the included hardware, with several customers reporting issues such as bolts shearing or screws stripping under minimal torque. This flawed hardware experience led some to recommend immediately replacing these items with sturdier alternatives preemptively. On the other hand, the physical attributes of the steps were appreciated across the board, with solid Construction and appealing design receiving positive comments. A few users did face some challenges related to specific truck models, particularly with the compatibility of the mounting systems. Recommendations for modifications or use of supplemental materials often surfaced among the reviews. Overall, while the steps generally perform well and are endorsed for their utility and craftsmanship, potential buyers should be prepared for an installation process that might require additional supplies and some mechanical skill. **
