The DIXON Industrial Phano Peel-Off China Marker Pencils come in a pack of 12 and are suitable for use on chinaware, glass, and other slick surfaces. To use these markers, you peel back the paper layer on the tip, like peeling an onion, to expose a fresh section of the marker. This makes it easy to write with and allows the marker to be read and visible even in high-temperature environments of up to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit. The marker is also versatile, and it can be used for labelling garden pots, marking containers for the freezer or vegetables in the garden, and so on. The uses for these markers are almost limitless. However, some Consumers complain that the pencil mark is too thin and light, which makes it difficult to read further away. The markers are also difficult to write with and break quickly. The paper peel-back layer also tends to crumble and be challenging to get a clean line. Some people recommend using the markers on dry surfaces and not on oily skin, as the marker's ink is for chinaware, glass, and other slick surfaces.
