Answer: Exactly what do you think a composite toe is? It’s a non-metal toe, either plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber or Kevlar even. -

How much does a size 9 boot weigh?
Answer: Each boot weighs approximately 2.25 lbs. -

I wear a ee wide in redwing what should i expect and are the insoles worth it
Answer: No idea, and the insoles are removable, i'd get your own insoles. I use dr scholl's for plantar fasciitis and they work great. -

When the soles wear out can I have these resoled?
Answer: We do not currently have an in-house repair program. These boots feature a 3/4 Goodyear welt and can not be typically resoled, but a skilled cobbler may be able to assist you. -

Do these have metguard?
Answer: Some of the shoes do and some don't. If it's not listed in the description they it probably doesn't have it. -

Are they ok for electricians
Answer: These boots meet or exceed ASTM F2412 and F2413 M I/75, as well as C/75 EH standards. -

Do these have a wide or narrow toe box?
Answer: This style has a wider than standard toe-box and is also available in wide width. -

Are these too rigid for 12 hour work shifts standing on concrete?
Answer: My man works 12 some 24 hour shifts on them. Comfortable from day one. -

I am a 12w on my wolverine nation boot. would these be the same size?
Answer: These are super wide. Not sure about the comparison except to other boots. I spend 90% of my time in boots and these are super wide compared to the dozens I have bought in the past -
