The leash stops retracting and just stays limp on the ground until I pull on the rope to retract. How do I fix this?
Answer: The retractable leash will release when you have tension in the line as you use the button mechanism. Try not to touch the line if there is any movement in the line while holding it can give serious rope burn only hold the handle of the retractor.
