The best voice pickup range is 5 feet away and generally, M2 Max supports meetings with 8-12 attendees. When daisy chained, the units can act as a single unit for speakers and mics. Though it is heavy and is not travel-friendly, the speakerphone works great for board meetings, hybrid meetings, and bible studies.
