This SVBONY Telescope Filter is designed to remove light pollution and provide clear details of the moon and planets. It works well for moon and planet observations and may help reduce glare to some extent for deep sky objects. It fits perfectly and is optically good. However, it may not work for everyone, as one customer found it reduced contrast and detail. Another customer who initially did not believe in telescope filters was impressed with the improved detail the filter provided. It is well packaged and also useful for astrophotography. On the downside, some customers received no spec sheet for the filter. It is recommended for viewers living in big cities with good quality optics.
