Answer: There are at least 50 1 inch by 1/2 inch candies in the 36 oz container! -

Is the caramel CHEWY?
Answer: The outside chocolate covering is firm in a bit on the Text side. The inside is soft not firm. This is true with every batch. -

Has anyone been able to get a refund for the melted ones?
Answer: The order is said to be non-refundable. Should have known better. -

Do you use ice packs or dry ice to ship to AZ?
Answer: I live in AZ as well and have never seen anything shipped in dry ice. -

Answer: These are wonderful dark chocolate caramels with sea salt. -

Are these candies dairy free?
Answer: To make caramel you need cream. Most definitely NOT dairy free. -
