Answer: I would think so. They are not super powerful. We bought them for our grandson to watch wildlife. They are perfect for him. -

Answer: No these are not very good at all for stargazing. They are too small and do not gather enough light. These are only 10 x 25. You'd need at least a pair of 10 x 50's Or larger. -
