    Answer: There was only one dumbbell inside my package! I wouldn’t order from here. Plus they smell horrible.

    Answer: These don't slip or get sticky and they can be washed/disinfected. They're the same as ones used in the workout studios.

    Answer: Yes, it comes with (2) 10lb dumbbells.
  • Question: Can I do push-ups with the 3 pound ones- is there enough clearance so my weight is on the dumbbells and not my knuckles?

    Answer: I have pretty small hands and my knuckles are on the ground if I use the 3lb weights to do pushups. You would be better with 5lbs, or buy the stands that are made for that.
