Answer: I do not use Race Face grips. ODI are great grips and that is what I have on my bike with these bars. -

Answer: You will need a larger stem to accept the bars. -

What tools do I need to install these bars?
Answer: You just need an allen wrench that will fit the handle bar clamp bolts. You also need to make sure your clamp is for a bar with a 31.8 mm clamping area before you purchase.
