However, 12.9 inches iPad Pro only supports landscape mode with this mounting holder. The product is compatible with tripod heads that accept the ARCA mount. Additionally, the tablet holder also comes with a cold shoe mount that can be used to attach a video light or any other device with a cold shoe. The mount is relatively easy to use, but when mounting a larger tablet like the iPad Pro, one would require coordination to hold the mount tight against the sides of the tablet while tightening the thumb screw in the back. It would be better if the clamping sides were spring-loaded and then locked with the thumb screw. Overall, the Aluminum Pad Tripod Mount Holder Attachment is an excellent product with good Construction and powder coating. It's perfect for holding iPads and attaching them to tripods for video recording.
