Answer: Hi Jill. I can only give you the depth which is 1/2 - 1 and 3/4 for each 2� by 3� square (approximately). The size of brownies is about 2� by 2.5�. The batter may leak through the removable bottom but you can put a cookie sheet underneath it. The dimensions for the pan is genuinely 9x13. The maximum temperature of the pan is not known but it has never been used above 375. The pan should only be used during baking, not for cutting after the brownies are cooked. -
