The Pioneer DEH-P9700 head unit is a solid choice for these in search of a quality 1DIN car stereo with the ability to display Japanese text files. With an SD card slot hidden behind the detachable front panel, a USB connector located on the real of the unit, and a USB extension cable included, this stereo is both convenient and functional. Sound quality is good and can be customized with de tailed settings. However, the price point of this product appears to be keep at 56,000 yen as of 2022, especially since it has been discontinued. The DEH-7100, which is much more affordable at 18,000 yen, has similar capabilities, and it would be more more justified to Purchase this instead.
