Pamela's Products Gluten-Free Bread Mix is a well-received product that has been used successfully in making bread, cake, and sourdough. The mix contains brown rice flour, tapioca starch, white rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, arrowroot starch, guar gum, sweet rice flour and rice bran. Some customers suggested adding xanthan gum to the mix for certain recipes. A customer who is allergic to gluten stated that this bread is the best they have ever tasted. Pamela's Products Gluten-Free Bread Mix can be made in a bread machine, stand-up mixer or with a whisk. However, one customer had issues with the product, describing the packaging as inadequate for their needs and the bread mix not performing as well as expected.
