The machine can punch holes in paper up to 11 inches long. For papers longer than that, it is suggested to fold the paper in half and punch each half separately. The machine can add, remove or change pages on already bound booklets easily. The machine comes with combs ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 inches but the 1/4 inch is the smallest usable comb.
