The Cisco RVS4000 4-Port Gigabit Security Router - VPN is a router that offers wired connections to four devices. It does not provide WiFi services and is not compatible with Checkpoint NG R75. The router comes in V2 version and has the ability to handle a gigabit wired lan. It can be mounted with screw heads and has its own power supply. This unit is capable of setting up and maintaining a secure VPN tunnel and supports IPSec tunnel in V2.0.3.4. However, it does not support PPTP tunneling. The router can be used as a regular router to replace a WiFi router but will lose WiFi services. The Cisco RVS4000 is branded Cisco, however, it is actually a Linksys router and not the same as a newer Cisco router. Some customers have reported issues with incorrect power supplies and slow internet speed on LAN. Overall, the router works well and is easy to configure.
