The cherry cordial shortbread cookies have a nice flavor, but unfortunately many customers had a negative experience with the packaging. The biscuits arrived crushed, smashed, and inedible. Some customers even reported that the chocolate coating had fallen off. While the taste of the cookies was generally well-received, the packaging seems to be a significant issue that needs to be addressed.
