The SEIKO 12 Inch Round Wood Classic Wall Clock is a beautiful and classic addition to any room. With an 11.5-inch outside diameter, it has a white face of 8.5 inches, a .5-inch gold rim and a wood-tone outside frame, giving it the appearance of wood but is probably made of a laminate material. The clock uses an AA battery to power its movement, which produces a ticking sound, making it less than ideal for those who prefer a silent clock. Some customers have reported the clock having a plastic frame and a movement made in Thailand while others have reported that it is a value for money product and is accurate.
