Answer: Each tray holds one bottle. You would need eight 12x12x8 boxes to ship 48 bottles. The trays can be stacked on top of each other. -

Answer: If you need six shipping inserts, there is a 10-insert option available. For 6 inserts, a 12x12x8 box is recommended. -

If I use 24 trays to ship 24 bottles, what size box do you suggest using?
Answer: A 24x16x12 box can be used, but if that size is hard to find, you can use two 16x12x12 boxes instead. -
Question:
Can you fit 12 or 16 oz cans?
Answer: 16 oz cans do not fit, but 12 oz cans can fit with padding and a slightly larger box. -
Question:
Is a single wall cardboard box adequate for shipping, or would you recommend a double wall box?
Answer: A single wall box works fine. Recommended box sizes are 12x12x8, 12x8x8, and 12x12x4. -
Question:
When using these do you put a second shipper on top of the bottles? Do you use 1 piece or 2 pieces to ship 2 bottles?
Answer: You can use two pieces to ship two bottles. Lay one insert flat, add your two bottles, and put another insert on top. For shipping two bottles, a 12x8x4 box is recommended. -
Question:
Should 8 bottles be shipped with insert laying down or insert standing upright?
Answer: Standing upright is preferred, but the inserts will hold the bottles in place regardless. A 16x12x8 box is recommended for shipping 8 bottles.
