Migrelief NOW is a fast-acting version of the regular Migrelief and it is advised to be used when a migraine occurs as opposed to using the regular version that is used for daily prevention. Migrelief NOW contains magnesium, a combination of whole leaf feverfew and feverfew leaf extract, ginger, and aflapin boswellia serrata which appears to work for some users but not for others. Some users of the product have experienced immediate pain relief while others did not. Some users take it throughout the day to finish work and get to sleep. The bottle contains 60 capsules, and users can take 4 capsules initially and then 2 capsules after every 2 hours. Overall, some customers found the product to be a lifesaver that helped reduce their migraine frequency while others found it to be a waste of money.
