The Kershaw 1812BLK Dividend is an American-made knife that features a black blade finish, glass-filled nylon handle with a USA flag on it, and is made of CPM D2 steel. It has an assisted opening and the tip is fine, making it excellent for cutting but not ideal for lateral pressure. The knife also comes with a flimsy clip that can easily be damaged. Overall, the knife is a good EDC tool that is small enough to not feel bulky but large enough for general needs.
