Nutritionist's Take
While the TENA Day Plus Incontinence Pad is primarily designed for managing incontinence, it is important for consumers to understand that it does not have direct nutritional benefits as it is not a food product. Nutritionists recognize the importance of keeping the skin healthy, especially for individuals with incontinence, and these pads may help in preventing skin irritation due to moisture. However, potential drawbacks include the use of synthetic materials that some may find uncomfortable or potentially irritating. It is essential to consider skin sensitivity and personal comfort level. Additionally, while these pads provide a practical solution for incontinence issues, they may not align with environmentally conscious dietary choices due to waste production. Overall, while useful for hygiene management, they should be complemented with a healthy diet and lifestyle for overall well-being.
TENA Pads, Liners, Shields & Guards 62618 Editorial Review
The Abena Abri-San #11 is a comfortable and absorbent incontinence pad recommended for daytime use. It is not washable and does not have adhesive. It is suitable for larger women and can be worn with an additional incontinence pad on top. It is effective in reducing odor and has color-change indicator stripes. The product is not recommended for overnight use and should be positioned correctly in underwear or pullups. The product is less bulky than other facility-style incontinence pads and is an excellent value for its size and absorbency. However, some customers received the wrong size or were not satisfied with the absorbency level.
