Question:
My device is not working. What should I do?
Answer: Check if the device is turned off and directed away from the face. Make sure the spray nozzle is visible and the fragrance doesn't need replacing. Check if the refill bottle is properly inserted and the batteries are still operating. If the issue persists, contact Airwick help line or write to us. -
Question:
Can I change the start time or running time of my device?
Answer: Moving the switch on the control panel from off to any of the 3 settings (min, med, max) turns on the device for 8 hours. Switching it off during the cycle will terminate that cycle. Once turned on again, a new 8-hour cycle will begin. Changing the intensity setting does not reset the cycle. -
Question:
What batteries should I use in the device?
Answer: Always use new, good quality, alkaline batteries. We do not recommend using zinc-carbon or rechargeable batteries as they may not provide enough power for long periods of operation.
