Thor Kitchen Cooktops TGC3601 Editorial Review
**** The Thor Cooktop has garnered mixed feedback from customers, illustrating a clear dichotomy of experiences. On one hand, many users are impressed by the aesthetics and build quality of the cooktop. It features heavy metal knobs and cast iron grills, which convey a sense of durability. Installation is noted to be straightforward and quick, making it an appealing choice for those eager to upgrade their kitchen setup. A few early adopters have managed to achieve a brilliant shine on the cooktop's surface with simple cleaning, leading to a positive first impression. However, several customers have encountered significant functional issues that have marred their overall satisfaction. Reports of faulty burners and unresponsive knobs right out of the box are concerning and have arisen multiple times. Additionally, the ignition system seems unreliable, with issues reported after only a few uses. Problems with customer support further amplify the frustration; many users have complained about slow responses or complete lack of assistance when trying to resolve these problems. Overall, while the Thor Cooktop offers a stunning design and initial quality, persistent mechanical issues and inadequate customer service have led a substantial number of customers to recommend looking elsewhere. **
