Dahszhi Single Resistors Editorial Review
The Dahszhi Wireound Resistor 100W Watt 0.5 Ohm Aluminum Shell Chassis Mounted Resistors come in a pack of two and are well made and accurate in their listed value. They are suitable for use as dummy loads for amplifier or receiver output testing, or for low powered sound speakers. They are also good for use as a replacement resistor for a Porsche fan. However, some users have reported issues with the heat sink becoming loose during assembly, and caution should be exercised when using multiple resistors in parallel to ensure that the overall impedance does not exceed the amplifier's capacity. It is also worth noting that the temperature rating for these resistors is under 130℃.
