Matfer Bourgeat Cannele Copper Tin-lined Mold, 2 316

The Matfer Bourgeat Cannele Copper Tin Lined Mold is a high-quality, heavy copper mold suitable for making cannele pastries. The mold has a height of about one inch and a width of about one inch. The tin lining on the inside of the mold ensures safe and even baking of the pastries. The copper material conducts heat well, allowing for a dark, crisp exterior crust on the cannele. This contrast in texture between the crust and the custardy center is difficult to achieve with other materials. The Matfer Bourgeat Cannele Copper Tin Lined Mold is a popular choice for baking enthusiasts looking for professional results. Customer experience and reception of the Matfer Bourgeat Cannele Copper Tin Lined Mold has been varied. Some customers have expressed disappointment in receiving the mini version of the mold instead of the regular-sized version they expected. Others have found the mold to be well-made and heavy, but were surprised by its small size and questioned how many molds would be needed to serve a reasonable number of people. Some customers have found the mold to be worth the price, loving how well it worked and recommending hand-washing and seasoning the mold before use. However, others have compared this mold to cheaper copper-tinted molds and did not see a significant difference in performance, leading them to believe it is not worth the high price. Overall, the Matfer Bourgeat Cannele Copper Tin Lined Mold receives mixed reviews. Its quality and heat-conducting properties are appreciated, but some customers have been disappointed by the size or price compared to their expectations.
