Ideal Industries Cat 6 Cables Editorial Review
**** The IDEAL INDUSTRIES INC. 85-371 8P8C Single Piece Modular Plug has garnered a positive reception among users, particularly for its innovative feed-thru design which simplifies the process of creating reliable network connections. Customers appreciate the straightforward installation, noting that the ability to visually confirm wire order before crimping eliminates the frustration often associated with traditional connectors. This design feature not only decreases the likelihood of miswirings but also leads to significant time savings; many users report being able to complete multiple connections in the time it typically takes to handle just one conventional two-piece connector. While most users report a seamless experience, a few have pointed out that adjustments may be necessary when using certain gauge cables, particularly 23 gauge cables designed for outdoor use. However, the product excels on common cable types, especially for 24 and some 23 gauge cabling, proving to be well-suited for both home applications and more demanding installations when paired with IDEAL's crimping tools. Overall, the IDEAL 85-371 connectors are praised for their value and performance, making them an excellent choice for those who need dependable connections without the usual hassle. **
