DiMarzio Strat Pickup Cover Red
The DiMarzio Spare (DM2002AW) pickup covers are a mixed bag according to customer feedback. Some customers have found that they fit their guitars perfectly, such as a Tokai LP and a 1982 Hamer Special. However, others have reported that these covers are slightly taller than stock Fender pickups, causing the pole pieces to be flush with the holes. The plastic covers have also been described as dull red in person, not matching the shiny appearance depicted in the product images. Some customers have even questioned the authenticity of the product, noting that it did not come in the retail DiMarzio packaging as advertised. On the positive side, one customer mentioned that the covers were exactly as described, suggesting that they may work well for certain guitar models.
