While it does not come with an extra 1 7/8" ball, customers could instead purchase a tri-ball mount, #TS20049B. B&W also offers a locking receiver pin for the hitch, part number TS51230. Overall, customers found the hitch to work great and eliminate the need for multiple hitches, but found it to be expensive. Furthermore, while some customers noted rust developing quickly, others found that the hitch appeared very heavy and was a quality product. It's worth noting that some customers had hoped for a longer shank length.
