The harness works on 2014+ tour pack without any modification and is long enough to stretch from the front of the battery to the rear fender openings and up to the tour pack plug, even with 3" tour pack relocation rails. People are happy with how easy it is to use; just plug and play into the stock wire harness and the other end running back plugged right into the tour pack harness. Some added dialectic grease in all three connections for extra protection, and in less than five minutes, their tour pack was lit up with brake turn and side marker lights.
