How do you attach a panel with these brackets not to overlap the extrusion? Is there another more narrow verison of these?
Answer: These brackets are designed to go INSIDE the extruded aluminum storm door corners. Most originals are plastic and are suspect to breaking. -
Question:
What alloy is this made from? Is it 6061 or 6063? And can it be used for static load bearing of about 100+ lbs?
Answer: Not sure of the material but they are substantial. I think they would hold 100 lbs, but they are designed for storm door corner replacement.
