Sculpey Clay ALSTNT1 Editorial Review
The Polyform Sculpey Liquid Polymer Clay has received mixed reviews from customers. Some customers are happy with the product and find it to be a good buy. However, there have been complaints about the packaging, with reports of leaks and dried-out clay tubes. One common complaint is that the clay is difficult to use. Customers have mentioned that the Consistency is not truly liquid and that they have to shake the bottle vigorously to get a viscous substance. This can make it challenging to work with. On the positive side, some customers have had success using the clay to make molds. They mention that the liquid clay is very flexible after baking, which is useful for creating copies of objects. There are also some drawbacks mentioned in the reviews. The clay is described as fragile and brittle when flexed too much, making it unsuitable for long-term, permanent projects. The clear clay is reported to be very bubbly, which may limit its use to thinner work such as glazing or piping details. Overall, the Polyform Sculpey Liquid Polymer Clay is recommended for both beginners and experienced polymer clay artists, but caution is advised when working with the different colors and using it for delicate projects.
