Harney & Sons Peaches & Ginger Loose Leaf Black Tea, 16 oz

Harney & Sons Fine Teas Peaches and Ginger Black Tea has garnered a mixed reception among customers, with particular focus on flavor and product authenticity. Many reviewers rave about the refreshing summer flavor of the tea, highlighting its delightful peach aroma and gentle ginger notes that appeal not only to adults but also to children. This combination has made it a recurring favorite for families looking to enjoy a fruity beverage. However, significant dissatisfaction has emerged related to the product's form and authenticity. Several customers expressed frustration, claiming they received sachets instead of the advertised loose leaf tea, which differs from their prior experiences with Harney & Sons products. This has led some to question the product's legitimacy, as they noted a lack of peach and ginger bits that characterize the original blend. Additionally, customer service experiences have been disappointing, with reports of unresponsive vendors complicating return processes. Overall, while the flavor profile of the tea is appealing, customers are not pleased with the discrepancies in product description and fulfillment, raising concerns about the reliability of the seller and the authenticity of the tea.
