SOLAREZ Fly Tying Materials Editorial Review

Solarez Bone Dry UV Cure Resin is a highly liquid clear epoxy resin that dries crystal clear with a high gloss finish. This product is perfect for coating metal rings, UV threads, UV ice dub, tensile, and wire. This UV cure resin is thin enough to soak into thread wraps, enhancing the effect of glow paint. The Bone Dry UV Cure Resin by Solarez dries to a glass-hard glossy finish, which means it cures fast and leaves no tacky residue. If you feel that you have used too much or put it where you didn't want to, you can wipe it off and try again. The thin Consistency and low surface tension of this UV cure resin make it the best adhesive for substrates as it wets and bonds other materials very well. The product comes without a UV torch but can be cured with a cheap $5.00 UV light. This Solarez product is not without its risks as it may cause chemical burns if it gets on your skin. The Material Safety Data sheet advises that you use solvent like Acetone to clean it off your skin immediately. Overall, this product is efficient, worth the price, and highly recommended.
