How easy it is to clean water tank?
Answer: It is annoying sometimes. There is a little valve at the bottom of the fan; uncap it and let the water drain. But, the water sometimes leaves streak marks in the water tank. So, you have to use a small towel or paper tower to clean it and wash it again, so the water can be fresh. -

Has anyone had a problem operating the unit on cool mode with the 2-prong plug?
Answer: I did not. I sent it back and told them it was supposed to be three prong not two. That it doesn't cool. They apologize and said they would send the correct one. Sent me another two prong. Don't waste your time purchasing this product not sure why the good reviews. When it doesn't cool with two prong. -
Question:
Why is my tower spitting water out of the screen in front?
Answer: I'm not sure. If it's a 2 prong plug instead of 3, 3 has grounder they sent you wrong product. -

Can you turn off or dim all of the LED lights while in use?
Answer: The lights only come on when you press any button on the fan or use the remote, then they turn off automatically after a few minutes.
