AURAY Acoustical Treatments Editorial Review
The Auray ISO-ARMOR-2 Microphone Isolation Chamber is a sturdy and reliable piece of equipment that effectively cuts down background noise. It does a decent job of stopping outside noise but may not eliminate all of it. The pop filter could be improved, and it may not work well with certain shock mounts. However, it provides good value for the price and is a cost-effective alternative to acoustic foam tiles. The Iso-Armor-2 is bulky and requires a sturdy mic stand to support its weight. Overall, it is a well-built product that serves its purpose of protecting the mic from background noise.
