Does this really work?
Answer: Yes it does work. The side affects you go to bathroom nonstop. Take potassium if you don't body will cramp drink alot of water. Make sure you start with the smaller seeds ao your body can adjust. Dont chew on the seed take it like a pill it has a nasty flavor that stays in your mouth for a while if you chew it -

How are you supposed to eat?
Answer: Omg I chewed it and it was GROSS!!!!!! It left a nasty taste in my mouth even after 3 bottles of water I had to eat something just to get the taste out my mouth. Btw it was my 1st time. Tomorrow I will try it by swallowing it with my water 😳 -

How do you take these?
Answer: The seed size not that big but you have to chop them down to rice size, once your body starts to feel ok with it then take it as it comes. take it before bed time and first thing in the morning on an empty stomach eat a banana. Has worked wonders for me.
