Customers note it is excellent for cleaning carpets, rugs/mats, and bare-floor hard surfaces. One downside noted by customers is that the battery life is short. Some customers who have purchased several vacuums note that the brush can stop rotating, and is a common problem with the design, leading to some frustration.
