What is the power source of this product?
Answer: The product runs off the FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX battery. -

Is the battery included?
Answer: No, the battery needs to be purchased separately. -

Can it be stacked and combined with other DEWALT storage systems?
Answer: Yes, it is T-Stak compatible and can be stacked and combined with other DEWALT T-Stak Storage Systems. -

Is the Cfm really 125?
Answer: 125 CFM is correct. I use this with a 5" concrete grinder. Not as good as a 150 CFM corded concrete vac but is much lighter and more portable. Shop vacs do not have active filter cleaning; that is what makes dust extractors (concrete vacuums) better. -
Question:
Does this have available bags?
Answer: We do not manufacture bags for the DCV585B. -
Question:
Can this vacuum be configured into a "blower" like the small battery Dewalt vac (581h)?
Answer: No, this does not have blower capabilities. -
Question:
Does it require to have a bag or not? And how long do the batteries last?
Answer: It comes with one bag. It does not require the use of a bag, but to meet OSHA requirements for Silica dust control, it does require a bag. -

Can someone refer me to the website link of the bags that fit this model?
Answer: That information is inside the instruction pamphlet that comes with the vacuum. The DeWalt filters are DCV9400, 9401, and 9402 for plastic, paper, and fleece...in that order. I got the fleece ones because the vacuum comes with one at the time of purchase, and it worked real well. -

Does this tool run only off battery or is there also a cord?
Answer: DCV585 is battery operated only -

Does this connect with the Dewalt Tough System shop wall rack and cart?
Answer: This will connect to the DeWalt t-stack system, not the Tough System. -

How many batteries come with this kit? It shows 2 in the photo.

If this is on the bottom of a tstak cart, can you wrap the hose or does the handle of the cart get in the way?
Answer: We would recommend wrapping the hose around the bottom of the DCV585B. The DCV585B is also compatible with the DWST17889 for added convenience. -

Can you use this as a shop vac and are there basic vacuum attachments?
Answer: This dust extractor is designed for wet/dry applications and to operate on a DeWALT 60 V FLEXVOLT™ battery pack only. This dust extractor is for household and professional use. In the vacuum mode, the appliance can also function as a dust collector for power tool applications producing dust or debris.
