Racing Track AC Deflector for Wall Mounted Mini Split, Fixed Size 35.43 Inch (90cm) Vent Baffle, Anti-Condensation No Drip, Prevent Direct Blowing &

**** The mini split air deflector has garnered a mixed reception among customers, highlighting both its innovative design and its limitations in functionality. Many users appreciate its ability to diffuse airflow effectively, particularly in scenarios where direct blasts of cold or hot air are uncomfortable. For instance, one customer noted that it successfully mitigated the discomfort of cold air blowing directly on their face at night, while another remarked on its capability to prevent “extreme cold zones” in smaller spaces like trailers. The deflector is praised for its simple assembly, allowing users to install it without tools or drilling, often within just a few minutes. However, the product is not without its drawbacks. A significant number of users expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of materials, citing a "cheap plastic" feel that raised concerns about durability. Additionally, while the deflector does help redirect airflow, some users reported that it does not provide adequate side deflection, resulting in still somewhat uneven air distribution. Others found that it impeded the overall cooling efficiency of their mini split units, causing a reduction in the range of airflow and overall performance. Overall, the air deflector is a practical solution for some, particularly in avoiding direct air exposure while maintaining air circulation. However, for those seeking a truly universal fit and maximum airflow efficiency, its performance may fall short. Its affordable price point, especially during sales, makes it a reasonable option for individuals with specific needs, but customers should weigh the potential benefits against the reported limitations. **
