Longrich White Tea Toothpaste Multi-Effect, Fluoride Free 200g

The Longrich White Tea Toothpaste is marketed as a fluoride-free option that emphasizes natural ingredients, particularly white tea, which is rich in antioxidants. Nutritionists generally appreciate the antioxidant properties of natural ingredients; however, they also note that the absence of fluoride can be a drawback since fluoride is clinically proven to strengthen enamel and prevent cavities. The toothpaste claims to support oral health by offering effects such as whitening and fresh breath, which may be acceptable for individuals preferring a fluoride-free alternative. This product is suitable for those with specific dietary restrictions or sensitivities to fluoride. Overall, while it may provide certain benefits, consumers should weigh the lack of fluoride against their individual dental health needs when considering this product.
