Answer: It fits very snug on the 10.5 so it should do ok on the 10.2. -

Answer: It's not adjustable, but the elastic strap will stretch a little. I'm using it on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5' tablet & it fits perfectly. I love this strap! -

Answer: I don't think it will. I have an HP 10' that came with a case, I just took the tablet out and just use the strap. Hope this helps.
