Answer: I’ve got very done hair so decided to give them a go. I have seen a little result for slightly thicker hair but nothing dramatic. My nails grew longer but as I was taking them every day, my nails were longer but tended to split. Have had a break from them and noticed hair seems finer but nails have recovered from splitting. Will retry but only take one every other day.
