Can it be used to make flap jacks?
Answer: You don't make flapjacks with maple syrup!!!! It does go on flapjacks, and despite being sugar free, mum loves the taste of it. -

How many calories are in 100ml?
Answer: The label says 5 calories per 30 ml (2 Tbsp) serving size, so that makes about 16.7 calories per 100ml (more than 3 times serving size). You wouldn't want to have that much, as it's very sweet and tasty. There are 24 servings per container. -
